Carrier Directory lists every active motor carrier, freight broker and freight forwarder registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Company details come from the FMCSA Company Census File, published by the U.S. Department of Transportation on data.transportation.gov. Inactive registrations are removed automatically.

Figures such as fleet size, driver counts and mileage are self-reported by each company on its MCS-150 filing, and they may be out of date. Before tendering freight, always confirm a company's operating authority, insurance and safety record directly with FMCSA.
